Favor or Favour?

Favor is the correct spelling as per American English. But Favour is used in British English.

Similarly, the past form of this word is favored (America) and favoured (British).

Also, the word favorite is correct in American English, where favourite is in British English.

There are few other words: favourable, favourably, favouritism stands in British English for their American counterparts: favorable, favorably, favoritism.

However this is the correct spelling in UK English. So, if you are communicating in US English, then you need to follow the first one. Analyzing is also for Analysing in US English.
